March Thoughts (2022)
Safe to say, we didn't lose our way.
Clarity is a light that shines outward from our intention.
Emotions can get the best of us. They remind me of a dear friend from childhood that seizes our commonsense. Have you ever known a person like that? Someone that could persuade you to do things you normally wouldn't do.
So the question still stands: how do we quench our thirst in a desert? The only helpful answer is to look within. The flashy propaganda and mesmerizing media prefer if you didn't. Because if you do, they are powerless. You are greatly undermining your potential.
Standing over any edge can be disconcerting. The inner cynic whispers, "there are many reasons to fear." However, there are also incentives to remove those fears. The cliff is a metaphor, separating the realized souls from the dominated spirits.
What comes out of our mouths isn't necessarily indicative of our intentions. Time and time again, I find it compelling when I see someone or even catch myself mid-sentence about to commit perjury. I often ask myself, "Why am I saying this?
Sometimes we can be too harsh with each other. In a one-sided attempt to get our point across, we end up just shouting at deaf ears. I know why we do it, but I want you to know too. I want you to see that proving your point is not as important as agreeing to keep the peace between us.
These are the daily thoughts for the month of August (2021)
Insight is the key to unlock ignorance’s cage. When you’re climbing the mountain of consciousness, you gain a vantage point over your previous and current predicaments.
The world is here to entertain you. To do whatever it can to trip you up, but it’s nothing personal. Because you’re not a person, you’re the creator!
